I took this on a cold day in East Hartford, facing west toward Hartford. When I arrived at the bridge, I saw the man fishing and thought, "Ugh. He is going to ruin my picture." But then I realized he might add to it. This is five stacked images using exposure bracketing due to the inconsistent lighting.
