Richard Busch

I have been perfecting my photographic style for over 30 years. I am experienced in Sports, Nature, Nudes, Portraits and Weddings. Currently I am focusing on nature and candid portraits.

I am an active member of the Simsbury Camera Club. I am placed frequently in the digital and print grouping of my class. I have won "Honorable Mention" from WGBY's (Springfield, MA PBS TV) "New England and Nature" exhibit in 2009, as well as participating in juried photo shows in CT and the Internet. My work has also been used in the N.E.C.C.C.'s teaching tools video 2010. I teach classes about digital photography at the Winsted, Connecticut library.

For the Simsbury Camera Club in 2011 I moved up in class from B to A., took over as Print Chairman and placed Honorable Mention for “Digital Image of the Year” for my “Bobcat in Black & White”. The Judging Panel felt this work was so striking they asked if it could be placed into the “Portraits” division.
