Resizing photos in Preview for Club competitions

Open Image in Preview

1. Select Tools->Adjust Size from the menu

2. In the opened window

Select ‘Fit into’ 1400 x 1050

3. From the menu select ‘File->Export’

4. In the export window adjust quality to make sure the file size is below 1.2mb
